About Virna Elly

She is Director of Client Services at Think Consulting with over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience solving complex business issues for clients. She is a people-focused strategist with proven success in identifying problems and managing change including applications, systems, operational and process transformation, and modernization. She is a subject matter expert in End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) which she uses to champion patient engagement and patient advocacy; is a current member and former Chair of the ESRD Network 5 Patient Advisory Committee (serving MD, DC, VA, and WV) and current member and current member of the Forum of ESRD Networks’ National Kidney Patient Advisory Committee.
