9:00 - 9:30  Yoga with Taylor Sistek

Start the self-care retreat with a reinvigortating yoga class to connect your mind, body & spirit.

9:30 - 10:00  Gua sha Facial with Amanda

Gua sha is a natural ancient Chinese healing technique that involves massaging your skin with the assistance of a smooth stone & oil to improve your circulation. It is a unique therapy used to move stagnant energy around in the face to decrease inflammation & achieve better complexion.You will be led through a 30 minute demonstration so you can recieve the powerful benefits of a gua sha facial from your home.

Amanda has been a licensed esthetician for over 10 years. She is currently a master esthetician at Green Revolution Skin Studio in downtown Bethesda, MD specializing in natural anti-aging techniques, including Gua Sha facial massage.

Gua Sha is an ancient ancient Chinese technique designed to relieve tension in the muscles and boosts blood circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage to banish puffiness. It can help improve acne, hyperpigmentation, dark circles and puffiness, wrinkles, sagging and dull-looking skin.
