About the Event
Beth Lawrence practices in the Sivananda style, a classical version of yoga. During her class she will use quiet, consistent cues to guide you into and through a series of yoga poses which promote healthful bodies, improve strength and flexibility, and achieve increased balance. Over time, this series of poses can also help to sharpen mental acuity, promote personal awareness and cultivate inner calm. One hour at a time is all it takes. After a class of yoga poses that focus on our natural bodily flow, and a guided meditation followed by final relaxation, you will come away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
